Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products, and for sanitary purposes LASHBOND does not guarantee results for any of our products. No refunds and exchanges can be processed. All items are Final Sale.  In the intermittent event, you receive a damaged item, contact us within 14 days of when your order was placed. When contacting us for damaged items(s);

 

Please make sure all items are new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You will need to provide your order number, information, photos of item(s), the reason for return & the condition of item(s). We will give you instructions within 24-48 hrs on processing your request.

All international orders that incur any taxes/customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
